For having clear and glowing skin one should not eat oily food and sugary items, the person should have a diet of green vegetables and fruits. People should also avoid dairy products including cow’s milk instead of that they can use almond milk or oat milk. Salmon, nuts and avocados are also good options to add to your diet for face beauty.
Exfoliate once a week
Dead cells are not good for the skin so people should remove those dead cells from the skin surface at once a week, this process is called exfoliation. You can use products that contain clay or chemical exfoliators are also good options for cleaning deep into the pores. The homemade scrubbers can also work in removing dead cells and there are many home remedies which can also be used.

For perfectly washing your face people should use a cleanser, but using it harshly can damage the skin. So use the cleanser gently, apply the cleanser in circular motions so that it reaches to every part of your face.
